On-line Uniform Ordering Is Now Available.
Uniform ordering will be open from February 1, 2012 to February 29, 2012. The site will be turned off on March 1, 2012.

Open to all permanent status building service employees, the employee has obtained permanent MCPS status prior to January 31, 2012. Those employees who were hired between August 1, 2011 and January 31, 2012 WILL NOT be eligible to order uniforms at this time. They will be able to order uniforms next February.
Employees can access the uniform ordering site from the Division of School Plant Operations webpage or by clicking on the link below.

Managers, the uniforms will be delivered just before the start of school in fall, if you receive a package for an employee that no longer works at your location please contact Salli Clipp
The instructions for ordering are as follows:
The Username is: Plant
The Password is: Your employee ID number
- Only employees who have obtained permanent status are eligible to order at this time.
- New employees are eligible to either purchase five (5) sets of uniforms, consisting of five (5) shirts and five (5) pants or by substituting one (1) set for a pair of coveralls. New employees who choose to purchase other items such as sweatshirts or jackets are waiving their right to purchase five (5) sets of uniforms.
- Go to the website listed above or to the uniform ordering page on the Division of School Plant Operations webpage.
- Log in as instructed above
- Verify that your name is in the top right hand corner and verify the amount of money you have to spend.
- Select your uniforms, add them to your cart.
- If you want more than one of a particular item, be sure to select the item more than once.
- Be sure to select the size appropriate for you. If you are unsure of your size, please contact the vendor (Jimmie Muscatello’s) at 202-393-7547 for sizing information or to schedule a fitting.
- Please order the correct size; no exchanges are made for errors made by the employee. If the vendor sends the wrong size, the vendor will exchange.
- Review your selections; make sure you have spent all your funds before submitting your order.
- You will then submit your order; this will be your LAST opportunity to change your order before the FINAL submission and confirmation page.
- Be sure you make the final submission and PRINT a copy of the confirmation page.
- Keep your confirmation page in a safe location in the event your order is not shipped to your facility.
If you submit your order with errors:
- Contact the DFM financial team at 240-314-1075 to have your order reset.
New employees:
- New employee’s who choose to order five sets of uniforms as mentioned above, may not be able to do so because they will not have enough money to spend. The manager or assistant manager should contact Salli_A_Clipp@mcpsmd.org for further instruction.
- New employee’s who choose to order items for al carte are waiving their right to five sets of uniforms.
