Cox titles.(Please note that you no longer have to view two files to see title changes, minimum order requirements, etc. One spreadsheet now shows the titles with relevant changes and details!) Click Here to browse a list of all other available titles. Ordering season begins every May. Subscriptions should be ordered in the Financial Management System (FMS).In order for MCPS to meet contract requirements, all subscriptions will be received centrally in FMS by the Department of Materials Management (DMM) beginning with FY09 orders. This will also help ensure that subscriptions begin with the start of each new school year. Place and approve your orders by the first week of June. This will ensure a September start date. You may place orders after this time, but delivery may be delayed. Schools will be notified by email when FMS is available for FY09 orders. If you need to cancel a subscription early, contact the vendor BEFORE you cancel. All subscription orders are paid in advance and some do not allow refunds. Click Here to visit the FMS website. |
