Should I visit each school if I want to do business with them?
Vendors are not authorized to visit school sites without MCPS approval. Vendors should visit the Division of Procurement office instead. Appointments are not necessary, but are strongly encouraged to ensure that the buyer needed is available to meet.

MCPS does not have a 'set aside' program, however, the Board of Education encourages and assists small and minorty businesses to participate in all aspects of the procurement process.
