Overview
An effective learning community for students and adults in schools requires highly skilled administrators, teachers, support staff and others working together to ensure the achievement of all students. A major component of each of the MCPS Professional Growth Systems is a rigorous evaluation process and a continuous program of professional development. Evaluation of staff is of high importance to the employee and the schools and is critical in establishing and maintaining a high performing school system.
