Mailbox Management
- How long will items stay in my mailbox?
The message retention for all email is 30 days. The retention period for all calendar and task items is 730 days. Notes and contacts do not expire.
If you delete an item, it is moved to your deleted items folder. Items remain in "deleted items" folder for 7 days after which time the items are purged.
