What if several people share the same computer—will they each be able to use the Outlook client on that PC?
Outlook profiles are automatically generated and several users may share the computer and have the full functionality of the Outlook client. Simply log out of the workstation and log back in with your own login id. The Outlook profile of the user who is logged in will be the one that is available.
