At least every two years or by special request.

How do I get an item added to inventory?
First, Click Here for MCPS Addition form 234-18. Complete the form and attach a copy of the item's purchase documentation (i.e. purchase order or invoice). Documentation is required by the new Financial Management System. Then, PONY the original 234-18 form and a copy of your purchase documentation to John Ricketts, Property Office, Supply Warehouse. Keep a copy for your records.

How do I get an item deleted from inventory?
Click Here for MCPS Deletion form 234-17. Once complete, please PONY the original to John Ricketts, Property Office, Supply Warehouse and keep a copy for your records.

How do I get a current copy of my inventory?
