How To Resolve OfficeMax Order Issues

Reminder: DMM now receives all OfficeMax orders.

For Damaged or Incorrect OfficeMax Items:

Click Here to complete and submit an OfficeMax return form.
   *Do NOT call OfficeMax yourself!*

DMM will contact OfficeMax for an ATR (Authorization To Return) number and
   then contact you with this number.

Write the ATR number on the OfficeMax Shipping Label ONLY, NOT on the box!

Please Note:
1. If an incorrect item is received, item must be returned in resalable condition.
2. An OfficeMax driver will pick up your returns.
3. If item is damaged, a replacement item will be sent to you in the next few days.
4. You will receive credit once the return is processed by the OfficeMax warehouse.

For Missing OfficeMax Items:

Click Here to email your purchase order number and missing item(s) number(s) to Bonnie Butt at DMM. *Do NOT call OfficeMax yourself!*

You will receive the missing item(s) shortly thereafter OR Ms. Butt will contact you if there are changes to your order.
