Your Video Coordinator will visit the Web/Max Booking page to submit your video and/or DVD request. How soon can I book my videos?You may book up to one month in advance. However, if your video is part of a "series" it can be booked anytime during the school year. How soon can I book Family Life videos?You may book a Family Life video anytime during the school year. How soon can I expect to receive a video?If it is available and your request is placed before noon, you should receive it the next day. How can I request "Closed Captioned" videos?Always indicate "closed captioned" on your original booking request when needed. There are some videos that do not have this option, but when at all possible, we will provide it. Tape Duplication: How can I have a video duplicated?Video Services provides free VHS tapes for duplication, for educational purposes ONLY!
