Welcome to the MCPS Division of Maintenance Contract Office/PLAR web site.
    The Contract Office/Planned Life-Cycle Asset Replacement performs capital improvement type projects across all construction trades utilizing established procurement/contracting procedures. We are responsible for creating long term projections for county-wide capital improvements based on equipment/building component life-cycles. This office develops comprehensive bid/contract conditions and specifications, and manages projects to completion.   10/20/06
