My aunt, Thelma Yann came to DC as on of the "Government Girls" for World War II. Like many people, she came from a small town, in her case Willow Lake Sounth Dakota, to support the war effort. She rode the streetcars. These passes are from a scrapbook she kept. Note the graphics on each weekly pass.
