Technical Services
and Support (TSS) provides hardware repair and software
support for MCPS instructional and administrative computers,
peripherals, and local area networks. TSS performs installation
of hardware and software, system integration for non
school based offices, and evaluates computer hardware
and peripheral bids.
Requests for technical support are submitted
to TSS via the Help
Desk.
