The Judy Centers were established to honor the memory of Judith P. Hoyer, an early childhood educator, advocate and wife of Congressman Steny Hoyer.  The Judy Centers promote school readiness and focus on the development of children from birth through five years of age.
There are 24 Judy Centers throughout the state of Maryland.  In Montgomery County, we have a Silver Spring Judy Center that serves the community of Rolling Terrace Elementary, and a Gaithersburg Judy Center that serves the communities of Rosemont and Summit Hall Elementary schools.
