To check the status or update a request
ticket using Unicenter Service Desk (USD)
- Log into USD (http://uspsd.mcpsmd.org/CAisd/pdmweb.exe)
Enter your ePay or Outlook username and password
(you do not need to enter
the domain (ie: es, sec, mcpsmd)

Username:
smithray
Password:
officexyz
- Under Look up my existing Requests,
click on You have ( ) My Requests
link. The My Requests window will display.
- Click on a Request number to view
the details of each request.
- If you want to update a request, click the Add
Comment button
- Type your comments into the description text box
and then click Save
- If you are finished click on Logout
or click Home to view another request
or enter a new request.
USD is available 24 hours a day from any computer connected
to the MCPS network. All requests are processed during
normal working hours (Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00
pm). DO NOT USE THIS SYSTEM FOR
EMERGENCIES, PLEASE CALL THE HELP DESK DIRECTLY AT 301-517-5800.
