How to Contact the Help Desk

For immediate assistance or emergencies please
call 301-517-5800, Monday-Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.

For all other issues you can use the Unicenter Service Desk
(USD is available 24 hours a day from any computer connected to the MCPS network.   All requests are processed during normal working hours, Monday - Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.)

MCPS employees can use the Unicenter Service Desk to enter non-emergency requests for service.    All you need is your ePay and/or Outlook username and password. Click here to learn more
