Certified Teachers and Volunteers Needed!

The GBTLA has opportunities for both certified teachers and volunteers to work with students to help them with their school work and to encourage them to strive for academic excellence.

Teachers and volunteers who have worked with the GBTLA in the past tell us that this has been one of the most rewarding experiences in which they have participated.  The setting allows the adults and students to interact in small groups and get to know each other as individuals.  Because the students choose to attend the Saturday School and After-school Programs, they are motivated to learn and are appreciative of the support provided by the teachers and volunteers.  The GBTLA is a great opportunity to work with a wonderful group of students and to give back to the Montgomery County Community.
