What is the blue bag postage program?

The blue bag postage program allows your school to send U.S. mail through the PONY. Once enrolled, your school simply transfers money into a Department of Materials Management (DMM) postage account using FMS then places all U.S. mail into the blue bag that DMM provides for daily pickup. Plus, your account balance transfers from year to year. You will never need to bother with stamps again!

How do I join the blue bag postage program?

First, click here to visit the DMM's Service City Bank Web site and complete the Blue Bag Postage Program Membership Form. Then, in FMS, use the following account number to transfer funds to the Blue Bag Postage account:

01.35102.000.10.503068.000000.0000.0000.00

NOTE: In FMS, you must include your school name and the term "Blue Bag Postage" in the journal entry description to ensure that the funds are credited to the correct blue bag member.
