The Energy Resources Team minimizes MCPS utility costs by advantageous procurement of fuels, controlling and monitoring of energy consumption in facilities, and cost-effective efficiency improvements through retro-commissioning of facilities, and energy-savings projects using capital funding, grants, loans and performance contracting. |
