2017 Earth Day Activities at MCPS Schools

Burnt Mills Elementary      Tuesday-Friday, April 18-21, 2017 The SERT team will be beautifying the school's garden on Thursday after school. Listen for daily Earth Day facts and wear blue and green on Tuesday, April25. 
Great Seneca Creek Elementary   Saturday, April 22, 2017      Annual Earth Day Community Clean Up with a focus on cleaning up Seneca Creek. The County Executive may attend!
John Poole Middle  Wednesday, April 26, 2017      Sixth graders will partner with a local landscaper to beautify the school grounds.  
Rolling Terrace Elementary    Friday, April 21, 2017      Students, staff and parents will clean up the Sligo Creek watershed.
