Correction: The Retiree life insurance article noted the premium cost is based on age. However, the life insurance premium current rate (subject to change) is .4236 per $1000.00 of coverage and not based on age as previously noted. If you retired prior to 7/1/00, you will continue to receive life insurance benefits at no charge.
