National Vision Administrators, LLC

Participants in the National Vision Administrators (NVA) Vision Plan may use any licensed doctor, optometrist, or ophthalmologist for vision services and file a claim for a partial reimbursement with NVA.

Opti-Vision Program

Participants in the NVA Vision program also receive a discount vision care program that includes eye examinations, eyeglasses, and supplies at discount prices under the NVA Opti-Vision program. This extended discount benefit is available throughout the plan year when you need additional coverage for benefits that are limited to the 18-month reimbursement period.
