Direct deposit offers employees the convenience of having net pay (pay after taxes and deductions) deposited directly into your checking or savings account. Direct deposit is mandatory for all employees hired after February 1, 2001.

If you are unable to complete your enrollment online, you may submit a paper form. MCPS Form 280-31: Direct Deposit Authorization must be sent to ERSC with a voided check. 

Changes to your direct deposit are not immediate-- they may take up to 3 pay days to process. Please read our Frequently Asked Questions to learn more.
