Aetna Dental Preferred Provider Organization (PPO)
About this Plan
If you enroll in the Aetna Dental PPO, you have the freedom to select the dentist of your choice. Generally, you receive a higher level of benefits if you receive dental services from a participating (in-network) PPO dentist. If you receive dental services from a non-participating (out-of-network) dentist, you receive a less generous level of benefits.

Aetna Dental Maintenance Organization (DMO)
About this Plan
The Aetna DMO does not require you to meet an annual deductible before benefits are paid, and there is no maximum annual benefit limitation. However, benefits are paid only if you receive care from a dentist who is part of the DMO network.As a DMO participant, you must select a primary dentist from a list of participating DMO dentists and be on the dentist’s roster before your first appointment.
