Technology for Curriculum Mastery (TCM) is part of the Superintendent's initiative to recapture instructional time through the use of new technologies. The TCM initiative deploys new technologies to schools to increase teacher capacity by saving valuable time. Achievement Series, a web-based assessment tool from Scantron, is one of these technologies and will specifically address the following:
-Save teachers time in scoring and reporting of assessments
-Provide timely, accurate, and detailed reports
-Quickly adapt to meet the needs of students
Achievement Series strives to provide teachers with a tool that will help them get quick results on assessments and provide detailed reports on those assessments in a timely manner, ultimately regaining time for instruction. TCM products cut back on time teachers spend scoring and analyzing so that teachers can spend more time on instruction.
