Mission Statement
Through Collaboration among key stakeholders the Office of Special Education and Student Services (OSESS) builds the capacity of students, staff, and families for securing the foundations of student success.
Special Education Services and Operations
The Department of Special Education Operations and Department of Special Education Services develop, coordinate and enhances efforts, including early intervention strategies, to and support students with educational disabilities and to ensure that curriculum, instructional and behavorial practices best meet the educational needs of all students
Student Services
The Department of Student Services provides a collaborative approach to support student's academic success through programs and services including school counseling, psychological testing and evaluation, transition support for adjudicated youth, student governmnet associations, absence, truancy, and dropout prevention, change of school assignments, enrollment, evaluation, and monitoring of home instruction students, and school enrollment of international students.
