Movers and Shakers

Often times we are so busy, we miss opportunities to acknowledge our colleagues for the great work they are doing. A component of the SSPGS is recognition. This component provides opportunity to highlight the individual achievement of staff that is consistent with a professional learning community. Motivation and encouragement promote higher standards of performance from employees. From time to time, you will receive recognition tips to assist us in supporting this key component of the SSPGS.
