The Supporting Services Mentoring Program is an important component of the SSPGS that will provide additional strategies to ensure the employment of highly qualified and diverse professional and support personnel, as envisioned in Goal 4 of the Strategic Plan for the Montgomery County Public Schools - Create a positive work environment in a self-renewing organization. The Supporting Services Mentoring Program will provide mentors to both new employees and existing staff to help them excel in their roles, direct them to training and on-the-job work experiences, and prepare them for career development opportunities.
