  • Students will be able to draw conclusions about the use of parentheses, depending on the operation.
  • Students will be able to apply their knowledge of mathcing words and expressions.
    
    
• Mastery Objective
  • Students will be able to write and evaluate expressions using parentheses.
  • Criteria for Success (independent practice):
    • The Exit Card includes ...
      • parenthesis and given numbers
      • evaluation of the expression
  • ** We will also alert students that calling sticks will be used to have students share so that all students are responsible.
