Middle School and High School Programs

The programs at Earle B.Wood Middle School and Rockville High School offer all three communication options, in both regular classrooms and special classes for the deaf. We believe that during these years, when socialization is so important, deaf students benefit from having more deaf friends at school. Furthermore, having all modes of communication together at the secondary level helps prepare students for the real world after high school, where they will find wide diversity in how deaf and hard of hearing people communication.
