Musical Theatre Boot Camp

Experience all aspects of musical theatre including dance, singing and acting. Students will work in large groups, small groups, and individually to produce performances from outstanding Broadway shows. The week will close with a final presentation. |
Babysitting 101

Come to the Wootton Lab School and learn how children grow and develop. Learn how to plan creative activities, to perform first aid for common childhood injuries, and how to set up your own babysitting business. Students will create their own babysitting handbook with all the information and activities created. |

Come and learn a dynamic software program called Flash! Learn how to add spice to websites or Power Point presentations with cool animated graphics and words. Students will create short scenes of animation and add sound effects and music. This is a great opportunity to learn the basics of creating computer animation and have fun doing it! |
Biochemistry for Beginners

Work in the DNA Resource Center! Using research grade equipment, put science to practical use as you use tools of chemistry to investigate biological processes. Make nylon, separate proteins, conduct a test for genetic disease and use computer technology to explore. To conclude, students will use the chemistry taught to make ice cream! |
