Notice to Contractors
Prior to submitting a bid for a project, all Major Subcontractors must submit a original notarized Qualification Questionnaire to the MCPS Division of Construction office 10 days prior to the Notice to Contractors. The Qualification Questionnaire must be renewed annually with our office.
