With the elimination of the Linkages to Learning supervisor position, how will the program be coordinated?
Beginning in the 2018–2019 school year, the Linkages to Learning (LTL) program partnership will be coordinated in Student Health and Wellness. Currently, the supervisor position, which does not supervise any staff, is assigned to work with LTL staff two days per week. The realignment of the LTL responsibilities to the coordinator of Student Health and Wellness expands on an established working relationship with the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and streamlines Office of Student and Family Support and Engagement staff working with our DHHS partners. The coordinator of Student Health and Wellness is a current school psychologist that coordinates student health, crisis response, and will add LTL to their portfolio.
