The Bilingual Assessment Team
(BAT) within the Office of Special Education and Student Services, is a multilingual unit designed to collaborate with schools' Individualized
Education Program (IEP) teams by assessing and interpreting data about English Language Learners who have or are suspected of having an educational disability. BAT is an interdisciplinary unit comprised of bilingual instructional specialists, school psychologists, and speech/language pathologists. The BAT office is located at Rocking Road Horse Center.
