The Bilingual Assessment Team is a multilingual, multicultural,
interdisciplinary unit designed to collaborate with
school Individualized Education Program Teams when gathering
and interpreting data about English Language Learners
who are suspected of having an educational disability
in accordance with the provisions of the Individuals
with Disabilities Education Act and the Code Of Maryland
Agency Regulations.
