The OrchardThe orchard is between the house and the creek. The fruits of pear, peach, quince, cherry and apple trees are eaten fresh, pickled or dried. They are also pressed into drinks. Apple cider is a favorite. Perry is a drink made from pears. Peaches are squeezed into a drink called mobby.
Apples are pressed or squeezed
to make apple cider.
