DESCRIPTION AND RESOURCES

DESCRIPTION: Docent led tour of extensive collection of Japanese art ranging from Samurai armor to 16th century screens, scrolls and porcelains, to 19th century prints. Visits must be scheduled in advance. Many other tours are offered on different areas of the collection. Artifacts range from the 6th century BCE through the 19th century CE. Custom tours can be designed; contact Ms. Pugliese or Ms. Genadri to arrange and make reservations as far in advance as possible to allow for tour development.
