DESCRIPTION: The park includes a 90 acre lake, picnic areas, hiking trails, and a visitor's center with exhibits. The bus must park in the upper lot. Programs are coordinated to classroom needs, on ecology, wildlife conservation, and the nineteenth century history of the park. Historic sites include:

• Black Rock Mill - located away from the day-use area on Black Rock Road.

• The Woodland Estate - self-guiding trail next to the visitor's center.

• Grusendorf Log Cabin - no exhibits, structure only. One of Germantown's first homes, c. 1853.
