DESCRIPTION AND RESOURCES

DESCRIPTION: A hands-on museum for children with numerous buildings: a manor house, carriage museum, farm museum, and ice house. Blacksmith shop, log cabin, and display areas show how crafts people worked. Arrange for a curator to interpret the program for the particular grade level or topic when making reservations. Reserve 30 days in advance; if fewer than 30 days, by special appraoval of curator. Gift shop available.
