LENGTH OF TOUR: Boat tour, 1 1/4 hour. Nature tour, 1 - 1 1/4 hours. Duvall Museum and Patuxent Village, 1 hour.


DESCRIPTION AND RESOURCES

DESCRIPTION: The hikes from Black Walnut Creek focus on a nature and plant study. The boat tours feature marsh lands and bay ecology. There is a historical village and tool museum. Patuxent Village and log cabin will be under renovation l999-2000. Make reservations the sooner the better; reservations for 1999 fall program start in summer, for the spring program start in january 2000. Camping is also available with advance reservation.
