DESCRIPTION AND RESOURCES

DESCRIPTION: A self-guided tour of a turn of the century working farm. Milking demonstrations at 10:00, 11:30 and 3:30, egg gathering at 11:00. Other activities include tractor-pulled wagon rides, corn shelling, and animal grooming. Many others depending on season. Reservations are required, at least two weeks in advance. Special seasonal activities and demonstrations such as sheep shearing, wheat threshing, tobacco and corn harvesting, and cider pressing. Rangers assist Previsit suggested. Some curriculum-based and MSPAP oriented programs will be ready in January 2000.
