DESCRIPTION: Groups are shown tapes of proper care and handling of pets. They meet veterinarian, if available, who demonstrates and discusses examination of a mother cat (this may vary). Then a tour of the hospital follows. Pet care and veterinary services are also discussed. Students usually use a stethoscope or an otoscope on a cat or dog. May also check with local humane society to see if the same type of tour is provided.
