DESCRIPTION AND RESOURCES

DESCRIPTION: Center has 10 acres, pond, wooded areas, paths, sheep, chickens, goat, and rabbits. Programs for students include: Ecology, Colonial Living, Westward Movement, Map Reading Skills, and Conservation/Pollution. Center is available for small meetings. The center has a pavilion, schoolhouse (solar), log cabins, White Oak Hall, office complex, 4 dorms, and cafeteria. Center is available for MCPS 6th grade camp. Call at least 1 month ahead.
