DESCRIPTION:Students will see the bagel making process from beginning to end. They will watch as the dry ingredients are mixed and then formed by machine into bagels. The bagels are boiled and then baked. One half of the class watches the process while the other half eats a bagel and drinks juice. Call at least two weeks ahead to schedule your tour.
