files include a "readme" file that gives suggestions for
using the files included.

Boardmaker Files
- If you have boardmaker for WINDOWS, you can download these
files and print them. They are ready to use. See also the Boardmaker files for the Voice in the Box which
can be used as communication boards even if you don't have a
Voice in the Box.
This symbol: indicates that a file is
black and white and suitable for photocopying. This symbol: indicates a file in color and will require
a color printer.

Boardmaker Files for the
Voice in the Box
- These are formatted and ready to slip into your Voice in
the Box (P=Preschool Case and R=Regular). Even if you don't have
a Voice in the Box, you can use these as simple communication
boards. You could even edit the files or cut and past the pictures
into a grid that fits whatever device you have.

Intellipics Games
- Most of these games were created by talented teachers in
the Preschool Education Program. Overlays are included in the
zip files so if you have the Intellikeys and Overlay Maker, you
can print and use the overlays with the games. For more games,
see the Intellitools exchange area on
their web
site. Choose either the Mac Exchange
or the PC Exchange.

What's
in the Mailbox
game helps children explore the vocabulary of things you
might find in the mail: letter, package, valentine, newspaper,
birthday card, advertisement, postcard. These are similar
to the things found in the book The Jolly Postman

Mac Donald - This Intellipics game takes a child through
the song using a mouse or switch click. Emphasis is placed
on recognizing the sounds in E-I-E-I-O and on animal sounds.
Both graphical and digital photograph representations of
the animals are used for concept development. An overlay
is included to provide more navigational features beyond
