General Reminders for All Students

• Please have a bag lunch for Tuesday. Take your lunch to 1st period. (No glass bottles please).

• Plan to arrive at (school)__________ between 7:20 & 7:45 a.m. on (day)______ with your luggage. DO NOT PACK YOUR LUNCH WITH THE LUGGAGE.

• Report to your first period. We will not be leaving school for the outdoor site until all the buses arrive. This should be sometime around 9:15 a.m.

• We will be hiking in to the campsite (about 45 minutes). Your luggage will go to camp ahead of you. Should you decide to carry a water bottle, please have a fanny pack or other easy ways to carry it. Dress for the weather as predicted for (day)________ morning. If rain is forecast, have your raingear with you please.

• Don't forget to pack sunscreen and/or a hat for the trip.

• No candy or gum on the hike-in please.

• There is no need for any money. There is nothing to buy.

• Behavior rules, dress codes and expectations for outdoor education are the same as those at school.

• Do not bring expensive cameras, binoculars, etc. No electronic games, radios, CD players, etc. are allowed.

• Clothing and shoes should be comfortable. You will be doing a lot of walking and will be outside in all types of weather. Do not bring your best clothing on this trip. Mark all clothing and possessions.

• Please make arrangements to be picked up at school on (day)________ between 1:00 & 1:30 p.m.
