Reminder to All Students with Medication
Please check in with (teacher)___________
on (day)___________ morning. She will be collecting medications to be
transported to _______(site) . If you wish to take medications that are
already in the Health Room, YOU MUST call and request to do this with
(teacher . All prescription medications need to be in an original container.
All students taking a prescription medication should also have a permission
to administer medication form on file. Medications are not allowed in
the cabins - this includes over the counter medications. If you have an
inhaler or epipen, check with (teacher) - these should accompany you on
the hike-in.
