HONORS
CREDIT EVALUATION:
HONORS
LEVEL MUSIC
PERFORMANCE
EVALUATION
The
evaluation
of the
successful
completion
of the
objectives
will be
determined
by the
local
music
teacher
and a
panel
of three
expert
adjudicators
in the
field.
While
the
objectives
which
follow
pertain
to the
jury
examination
and
portfolio
assessment,
the
local
music
teacher
will
be responsible
for
developing
differentiated
objectives
for
honors
level
students
in those
nonperformance,
and
performance,
areas
which
are
taught
as part
of the
regular
musical
performance
class.

of regular
course
objectives.)
Upon
the recommendation
of the
Jury committee
and completion
of the
course
objectives,
the student
will be
eligible
to receive
honors
credit.
The final
decision
to grant
honors
credit
to students
rests
with the
local
classroom
music
teacher.
