Superintendent's Performing Arts Awards Gala
Every spring, MCPS recognizes outstanding achievements of seniors in high school dance and theatre at the Superintendent's Performting Arts Awards Gala. Students are nominated by their teachers and awards are presented by the superindendent. Several schools are chosen to perform "spotlights" which highlight their dance and theatre programs.
