The Parent Center at Rocking Horse Road Center provides parents of English language learners and other new international arrivals with:

Orientation of newly arrived families to Montgomery County Public Schools and ESOL/Bilingual Programs;

Assistance in completing Montgomery County Public School forms including the enrollment form, emergency form, legal guardianship forms, tuition waiver applications, free and reduce lunch applications; and
-
Information regarding community services that are available.
The Parent Center staff also coordinates interpreters for parent-teacher conferences and school meetings.
