The mission of the Parent Outreach Services team is to minimize linguistic and cultural barriers so that international parents can access educational resources and services in MCPS to support and improve student achievement.
ESOL Parent Outreach Services staff members are committed to:
- Helping parents of English language learners become aware of educational services available for themselves and their children, and
- Minimizing linguistic and cultural barriers so that parents of English language learners can participate in their children's education
