A working creamery where children can view ice cream, yogurt, and baked goods being produced. School tours available with picnic facilities and opportunity to purchase and consume food on site. Tour includes demonstration of manufacture of ice cream with explanations for the use of utensils, related scientific principles, and the rock salt method of production. Bagel, cookie and muffin baking will be viewed as well.
